Tenure Coaching and Support Package
Four-month comprehensive package of mentoring, coaching, feedback, editorial support, and accountability to prepare your dossier, publications, CV, and teaching/research portfolio for internal and external review for tenure and promotion or promotion to Full Professor. After assessment of your core academic strong points and challenges related to your upcoming tenure or promotion, we will set a series of very specific goals that you will achieve in a specified timeframe to prepare your research and teaching portfolios and your dossier for internal and external review. Once your goals have been identified, we will use personalized organizational and time-management strategies to build accountability and help you get to your goals. In addition, I will provide extensive editorial support for all written material you generate during this process and will coach you on developing and constructing a successful dossier.

Dossier Review and Feedback
Extensive, objective review and critique of your assembled dossier for tenure or promotion. You will receive detailed feedback, suggestions, and organizational tips for making your dossier successful. Your tenure and/or promotion dossier will be reviewed first, for the standpoint of a senior faculty member preparing to write an external letter of evaluation for your case, and second, from the standpoint of a University administrator charged with assessing your case and making a recommendation to support or deny your bid. I have experience on all sides of this process, and will not only point out the strong and less strong points of your dossier, but will provide concrete suggestions for changes in content and organization that will help your dossier speak for you as strongly as possible.

Three month package of group telephone coaching specifically designed for mid-career Faculty, including Associate Professors seeking Promotion to Full Professor. Not ready for one-on-one coaching? Get the benefits of coaching without all the cost, and benefit from discussions with your peers. This package includes weekly 1 hour group telephone coaching sessions that focus on issues of productivity at mid-career, grant-writing and professional development, career transition, political navigation through your career, and issues of work/life balance.
